The rental price published and advertised in the advertisement refers to a seasonal rental of this property (1-11 months) and is therefore not subject to the amended rental law for long-term rentals published in the Official State Gazette: "BOE" No. 124 of 25 May 2023.
Therefore, we are still entitled to charge agency fees for both holiday and seasonal rentals, which in this case amount to 1.5 months' rent plus VAT.
