Built in 2014, this finca has 460 m² constructed area and a plot of 26.000 m². Recently, an adjoining plot was purchased and arrangements were made to connect the two properties, which now allows to build a guest house of 50 m² + an underground garage, according to the architect.

The house is equipped with high quality German windows and is very bright. We have installed a solar system on the roof, which allows us to get free electricity.
We have a water cistern supplied by trucks AND the possibility to apply for a permit for our own well.
On the first floor we have the master bedroom with high open beamed ceilings, a very nice bathroom with dressing room and access to a terrace with glass balustrade from where we can enjoy breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains.
