The living space of around 148 m² is intelligently divided: On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area, a dining room and a kitchen with access to a spacious terrace. A spacious bathroom with washing machine connection completes this level.
Three double bedrooms await you on the upper floor, one of which has an enchanting terrace with fantastic views. There is also another bathroom here. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, which provides additional comfort, especially in the cooler months.
Other features of this house include a fireplace in the living room, air conditioning with hot/cold function and exposed wooden beams, which give the house a rustic charm. A large pool completes the offer, providing the perfect ambience for relaxation and refreshment. As we have a corner house, there is only a nice neighbour on one side.
